Lesley is excited to be part of the Life Care Advocates (LCA) team. With a lifelong interest in health and wellness, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Bradley University, graduating with honors. Lesley began her career as a personal trainer and physical therapist and later expanded her work into health coaching and life coaching—supporting individuals as they build healthier routines, navigate life transitions, and work toward meaningful personal goals. She has also served as a business leader and mentor, guiding other coaches in delivering thoughtful, client-centered support.
Lesley is known for her steady, compassionate presence and her natural ability to advocate for others. She enjoys coming alongside individuals and families to help them navigate challenges, clarify priorities, and feel empowered in their care and decision-making. Clients appreciate her empathy, professionalism, and commitment to treating every person with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
Outside of work, Lesley is active in her church and volunteers in a variety of roles. She is married and has four children. She also enjoys exploring new coffee shops, having intentional conversations, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
