Keri Boss

Expert Life Care Manager for Southwest Florida

With a strong foundation in healthcare and over a decade of hands-on experience, Keri brings a deep commitment to advocacy, compassionate care, and effective case management. Her journey began in 2006 when she provided direct support to her grandmother living with dementia—an experience that shaped her passion for elder care and guardianship services.

After earning her Psychology degree with honors between 2010 and 2015 through Argosy University, she has continued to build on her education with real-world experience in client-centered care. Currently, she supports individuals and families navigating complex healthcare and life transitions.

Her professional focus centers on healthcare services with a specialization in elderly care and guardianship. From her early experience supporting a family member, she developed a strong sense of empathy and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by older adults and their families. Over the years, she has continued to build expertise in navigating complex healthcare systems, advocating for seniors’ rights, and creating care plans that prioritize dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Working in case management and guardianship services has allowed her to engage closely with vulnerable populations—ensuring their medical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met. She is committed to supporting aging individuals through transitions in care, fostering clear communication between families, medical teams, and service providers.

Keri’s goal is to improve outcomes, reduce stress, and enhance the overall well-being of every client she serves.
