Brenda brings a people -first approach to supporting both employees and leadership at Life Care Advocates, LLC. As Human Resource Manager and Director of Quality Improvement, she ensures that team members have the resources they need to succeed while optimizing administrative processes for efficiency and organization.

Brenda’s strengths include time management, timely follow-up, strong communication skills, and attention to detail – making her a key resource for both staff and leadership. Her diverse experience also includes business ownership, having previously run a successful pet-sitting company. An avid dog lover, she enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children, hiking, traveling, reading and connecting with friends.

Brenda is a sustaining member of the Junior League of DuPage and Kane Counties and a founding member of the Greater Naperville National Charity League, demonstrating her commitment to community service and leadership.
