Abigail Illingworth joined the Life Care Advocates team in December 2024 as a Life Care Manager, bringing valuable experience from her background in mental health community support. As a Life Care Manager, Abigail advocates for clients and wards, helping them navigate life’s challenges and working to improve their overall quality of life. Her comprehensive approach to care management is enhanced by her experience working with diverse populations and her understanding of mental health support systems.

Abigail earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama. Her passion for helping others and commitment to improving lives is evident in her approach to each client’s unique situation. When not serving clients, Abigail enjoys spending time with family and her two young daughters, Nora and Emma. Her role as a mother has further strengthened her ability to provide compassionate, understanding care to clients and their families.
