Katie is joining the LCA team in June 2026 with over 15 years of case management experience, primarily within the managed care space, having worked for several health plans within the state of Illinois. She is passionate about problem solving and bringing about positive outcomes and successful results for individuals who face significant challenges and barriers, or have complex cases. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois and holds a certified case manager credential. Katie is bilingual in Spanish and enjoys advocating for those for whom English is not a primary language. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her parents, friends, godchildren, and mentor. Katie also enjoys traveling, particularly to Mexico, and is a foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants or types of cuisine.
